Pozzi was built in the 1970s and has been completely restored and renovated as of March 2011 into the quintessential Tuscan holiday home and one of the best villa rentals in Tuscany. Situated deep in the tuscan hills of Italy, Pozzi has become the perfect vacation home deep in the tuscan countryside.

Its modern, minimalistic decoration is the result of a combination of contemporary designer pieces with distinguished, antique tuscan furniture. Colorful paintings, sculptures of clay and marble contrast with the cow patchwork carpets on the traditional Terracotta floor tiles are just a few features you will find in this stunning holiday home.

The living room, of which the walls are covered by an expansive library, is furnished with comfortable leather lounges in white and charcoal grey (by Saba Italia) and Butterfly Cowhide chairs with matching cubes (by Scapa Home). A nice place to read a book or watch television. So when you need to relax, our tuscan holiday home has everything for you to do just that.

The dining room features a large open fireplace, and above the long wooden table, which is surrounded by white leather chairs (by Stefano Cavazza), hangs a beautiful Swarovski chandelier. This provides light and gives the room a stylish warm atmosphere

The pool is open from May to October.

Villa rentals are available all year round but we strongly recommend May to October.

There are lots of olive trees and fruit trees in the garden. The whole property is fenced in, with parking available onsite.

Last 600mtrs of approach road is unpaved. As we are animal lovers ourselves we decided to make our house a pet friendly place. So your pets are more than welcome to come along and have a great time.
